GAME-DAY RECIPES

Three simple Victory Pulse recipes to get the table ready before kickoff.

25 MINUTES

Black Bean Sheet-Pan Nachos

6–8 servings

Ingredients & directions

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 1 cup corn, drained if canned
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños, optional
  • Salsa, sour cream and sliced green onions, for serving

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 375°F. Line a large rimmed sheet pan with parchment.
  2. Spread half the chips on the pan. Add half the beans, corn and cheese. Repeat the layers.
  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges of the chips begin to toast.
  4. Finish with tomatoes, jalapeños and green onions. Serve salsa and sour cream on the side.

Game-day tip: Keep the wet toppings on the side until serving so the chips stay crisp.

30 MINUTES

Buffalo White Bean Dip

6–8 servings

Ingredients & directions

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup Buffalo-style hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • Celery sticks, crackers or tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. Mash about half the beans in a bowl. Mix in the cream cheese, yogurt and hot sauce, then fold in the remaining beans and half the cheddar.
  3. Spread into the dish and cover with the remaining cheddar. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbling.
  4. Finish with green onions and serve with celery, crackers or chips.

Game-day tip: Start with less hot sauce if your crowd prefers mild heat; add more to taste before baking.
