NBA PREGAME — PRESEASON

Bucks at Pacers: Indiana seeks a complete closing performance

Victory Pulse · October 16, 2026 · Edition prepared before Friday’s games

Friday, October 16 | Milwaukee at Indiana | 7 p.m. ET

Indiana finishes the preseason at home against Milwaukee after a two-point overtime loss to Oklahoma City. The Bucks arrive following a 21-point defeat to Chicago, giving both teams a chance to sharpen their execution before the regular season.

What we're watching: Indiana's offensive organization, its ability to turn stops into controlled transition chances, and the execution of its reserve groups. Haliburton's 24-point outing offers encouragement, but Friday's lineup and minutes should be treated as unconfirmed until the team provides its plans.
